We all love a good story, whether dramatic or inspirational capturing others starts with us, and it starts with your story. However, there are many approaches and templates for writing and sharing a good story.  What I know to be true is that you must first build trust, and trust is not built-in talking points of your company, product, or service; trust begins with who you are, who you are being, and how you can help others.
